There were 3,361 students enrolled in Fort Dodge Comm School District schools in the 2023-24 school year, 1.6% less than the previous year, according to the Iowa Department of Education.

Of all students welcomed in the 2023-24 school year, 51.2% were boys, and 48.8% were girls.
