78.5% of Webster County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 37,114 citizens living in Webster County in 2021, 78.5% were old enough to vote, equating to 29,147 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 15,307 were male, constituting 52.5%, and 13,840 were female, making up 47.5%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Webster County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 76.7%.
