The Community Wellness Event will be held on Tuesday, March 21 and Wednesday, March 22 from 6AM – 9AM at Crawford County Memorial Hospital. This basic wellness screening is being offered for only $45 and includes a CBC Complete Blood Count, Lipid Panel total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL, and a Comprehensive Metabolic Panel - which is made up of 14 tests that measure your blood sugar level, electrolyte and fluid balance, kidney function and liver function. Add a TSH thyroid function screening for $10. Men: add a PSA screening for $20. For those who have been diagnosed as diabetic, or pre-diabetic, add an A1C blood sugar test for $25. Screenings are not covered by insurance and fees must be paid before or at the time of service. Cash, checks, debit and credit cards accepted.
