The City of Fort Dodge Utility Billing (Water) department will be closed to walk-in traffic from December 19, 2022, through December 23, 2022. Staff will be participating in mandatory system training.
Due to the nature of the training, they will be unable to break away to assist residents who visit City Hall.
We apologize for the inconvenience but can’t wait to share exciting updates to your billing experience in the coming weeks.
The Utility Billing window will reopen to walk-in traffic on Tuesday, December 27, 2022. As a reminder, we encourage all citizens to make payments online or through our drop boxes available behind City Hall and at HyVee if possible.
