City of Stratford recently issued the following announcement.
STRATFORD CITY HALL CLOSED

Ends: 2/21/2022 - 4:30 PM
Stratford City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 21st in observation of the President's Day holiday.
Stratford City Hall will re-open Tuesday, February 22nd , 2022.
