Stratford City Council meets the second Monday of every month at 7:00 P.Mat Stratford City Hall. Stratford City Council meetings are open to the public. If you have any question or would like to be put on the agenda to address the council please contact City Manager/Clerk Kim Leeds at 515-838-2311.
