City of Humboldt issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
WINTER PARKING NOW IN EFFECT!
ACCORDING TO CITY CODE CHAPTER 69.11 WINTER PARKING RESTRICTIONS:
No person shall park any vehicle on any street between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. of any day during the months of December, January, February, and March.
