City of Ellsworth recently issued the following announcement.
Beggars Night

The Ellsworth City Council has scheduled Beggars Night for October 31st, 2020 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The council suggests following your own best judgement regarding participation. If you do not feel comfortable handing out candy, or allowing your children to Trick Or Treat due to the COVID-19 virus, you are encouraged to abstain. As always, please continue to be mindful of social distancing guidlines while Trick Or Treating.
