The Hamilton County Health Department is trying to contact customers who may have been around an employee at a Webster City bar who tested positive for COVID-19.
On Facebook, the Hamilton County Public Health Department requested that anyone that was at the Webster City bar and restaurant July 24 or 25 to contact the department and get tested due to possible exposure to the virus.
Director Shelby Kroona said that the post is "a simple way to reach out to a lot of people at once."
The Saloon is temporarily shut down which is incredibly painful for the owners of the establishment.
"Larry Ross was always a big part of this community," Pat Farley, a customer of the bar, told KCCI. "It's a loss. It's a big loss."
Farley said they are doing what they can to stop the spread including spreading tables apart and keeping hand sanitizer accessible.
